Color Scheme Zentangle Drawing

This is a Contour-Zentangle Project using many patterns and color schemes. The color scheme I used is split-complementary and this drawing consists of my Instax Camera, my bangle, and a clay sculpture of a dog I got in Albuquerque, New Mexico. I used Prisma Colors for the patterns and markers for the outline. There is no big idea behind this as these items are valuable to me. My goal for this artwork was to actually dedicate my time to it as I always rush through and sometimes even forget about it. My thoughts on the piece is that this is probably one of the most bright/vivid pieces I have ever created.

Contour-Zentangle Project

Ink Blowing Project

This is a Ink Blowing project which consists the usage of watercolors, Indian Ink, and a straw to blow the ink. This abstract art is suppose to tell the spectator there can be good times as bad times seep through as well. The shades of blue, purple, and pink represent the good times, as the black represents the bad times seeping in.

Clay Palette Project

This Clay Palette project consists the mediums of grey stoneware clay, glaze, and tools that I used to make this in the shape of a Turtle. I used wire loop tools to make the wells of the palette. I specifically made this palette the shape of a Turtle because I have been intrigued by Turtles ever since I was a 3 year old. I will not only use it for paint, but also my jewelry.

Bob Ross Painting

This scenery consists the mediums of a canvas, differently shaped brushes, a palette knife, and acrylic paints. This painting explains the scenery of nature as there are many aspects such as mountains, trees, rivers, and bushes. The shades of nature were made using the colors black, white, green, red, yellow, and blue. Overall, this Bob Ross painting turned out to be very  detailed and vivid with the "real" shades of nature.

Perspective Drawing

Buildings

This is a piece showing a birds' eye perspective of buildings. I have used such mediums as A4 Paper, a pencil, and a tortillon. The tortillon was used to blend out some parts of the image as others were not for the rigidness of the structures. A factor that has been given a thought into this piece is Downtown Austin as there are many buildings with very fascinating details. Overall, this perspective drawing was made to show what buildings would look like if I were on a plane, and it turned out to be very realistic and original.
