This is a Winnie the Pooh stuffy made with felt. I used the mediums felt, string, and a needle. I made Winnie only because he was a core memory when I was 3 years old and I would like to carry the joy of him on by giving Winnie to my cousin. Overall, it was a very intricate project with some flaws such as the stitching on the sides, but other than that, I think it turned out to be a very engaging project.
Practice Felt Project

Felt Food Sculpture
This is a Donut Felt Sculpture. I used different colors of felt and different colors of thread as well as a needle to make the different types of stitches.
I used the running stitch for the chocolate drizzle/sprinkles and a part of the white icing to connect it to the base. I used a backstitch to connect the middle and outer parts so the felt wouldn't seep out. I made this donut specifically for my sister because she likes this specific flavor (Beach Ball) at our favorite donut place (Duck Donuts). Overall, this turned out to be very vibrant with some flaws in the stitching, but in all, I am very enlightened by how it has turned out.

Watercolor Paintings
Tutorial Paintings
These are two watercolor paintings made up of a Mountain Landscape showcasing the trees and bushes, and a Sunset landscape showcasing the same idea as well. I used watercolor paper, painting tape (to create the fine border), watercolors and paints of different lines and textures. During the process, I alternated between each painting so they had time to dry. The bushes and trees in both paintings were made up of the flat tipped brush to create a textured look. The fainted colors in the mountain painting were done with the round/pointed round brushes as well as a quantity of water to make it look pastel on the painting. This same technique was used for the sunset painting too. Overall, these paintings resulted in a better picture than I had thought of. They were very difficult to replicate as we were watching a tutorial for both. They resulted to be very realistic, vivid, and rustic.

Linoleum Printing Project
This is a Linoleum Printing Project in the theme of Valentine's Day. As shown I have done a print of a lotus flower as it is a symbol of love. First, I traced my design onto wax paper and transferred it to the linoleum block. Next, I carved the linoleum with a Speedball Linoleum cutter. I carved out the parts I didn't want the ink to pose on, and left the trace arised so that would be printed. After carving the shape, I rolled out the ink onto a printing block with a roller, and once it was fully coated I transferred it to the linoleum. After I evenly coated it, I put the linoleum on top of the paper and pressed it down using a special tool. This process created this masterpiece that I think is very intricate and unique with the way it is carved.

Loteria Linoleum Project
This is a project that I have made that was supposed to be considered for the famous Loteria game, but the theme failed to inspire me, so I went with a different route. I decided to carve a Hindu god named Sri Balaji as my family is devoted to him. I used a block of linoleum, a speedball linoleum cutter, and the speedball ink to print. We had to first draw our trace of what we wanted to carve, then we placed it onto the block of linoleum and shaded on it so the trace could appear. From there, I carved the outline of the trace and after all of that, I printed the practice/final piece as I rolled the ink on the block, and placed it in the press. Overall, this print was very precise and colorful as we were allowed to use different colored paper and ink. The only aspect I would change about this was adding less details as it took me more time to carve them.
Surrealism Project
Given a random landscape and a random letter to inspire the objects, I created this piece featuring a volcano, kettle, key(s), kitten(s), and kite(s). I chose these objects because I discovered unexpected connections between the volcano and each one, both visually and symbolically. My goal for this piece was to build a bright and vivid base while incorporating darker elements, and I believe I achieved that. I was provided with watercolor paper, Prismacolor colored pencils, and Koi watercolors. I used the watercolors to establish the background and to lightly enhance both the objects and the landscape. Then, I used the Prismacolor pencils to add depth, details, and vibrant color—especially in the lava, which became one of the focal points. If I were to improve anything, I would focus more on the smoke coming from the volcano. I feel it could have blended more naturally into the scene, as right now it feels slightly disconnected from the overall event and atmosphere. Overall, I believe this painting captures the adventurous and unpredictable nature of volcanoes, with the chosen objects adding surreal and imaginative layers to the story. Each one supports the theme in its own way, creating a whimsical yet powerful landscape.

Grafitti Project
Paper/Cardboard
This is a Graffiti Project done with paper and cardboard. For the font I used the bubbly type and I've resembled my surname with this project. I used the mediums of paper, cardboard, Prisma Colors, acrylic paint, blades, and paint markers for the final details. First, I used the paper one as my rough draft for the cardboard piece because I wanted the cardboard piece to show better than the paper version. After settling on a final design, I finalized the colors, and then moved on to the carboard piece. Because of the blades I had to use to cut out this peculiar shape, it turned into quite a challenge and an arm workout. After all of that I added the final details to the paper version and painted the cardboard version, adhered it to spacers, and my vision came true. This vision comes from my love of flowers. The letters and the color they are resemble the chloroplast of a plant, the layer behind represents the plants that are getting the energy as well as a few consumers, and the back layer represents the main source of water that the plants need. In the end, I have to say that this was one of the most challenging projects I've ever done because of the tedious work, layering, and the amount of patience. Overall, the work I put into it payed off because it is going to be hanging in my room from now on.
